Lauber Business Partners has a deep bench of experts with significant M&A experience. This experience includes buy-side and sell-side services involving privately and publicly held companies.

On the buy-side, we can assist in conducting due diligence across many functional areas, conducting financial modeling and assisting with deal strategy and deal negotiation.

On the sell-side, we specialize in assisting owners that are considering selling or are in the process of preparing for sale. These services may include things such as evaluating preparedness for sale, identifying likely deal issues (and assisting in remediating these issues or determining how to properly position them in the sale process), identifying potential buyers, preparing for due diligence or conducting a mock due diligence, identifying potential professional transaction partners, preparing for transition issues and preparing “normalized EBITDA” history, among many other services.
